Teamviewer Printing Problems

  1. Select the file on your remote computer that you want to print.
  2. Open the document and initiate print operation by selecting Print command from the file menu (or Ctrl+P in Windows and ⌘+P in Mac).
  3. Select RemotePC Printer in the window and click Print.
  4. Select a local printer when prompted, and click 'Continue'.
If a local printer is not configured, click 'Open Document' to view the document on the local computer.

  • If more than one local printer is configured, the printing operation will be performed using the default printer.
  • The ‘RemotePC Printer’ option will be displayed in the Printers list or Device and Printer page, only during active remote sessions.
